Job description :

1. Responsible for negotiating with customers and contact with foreign agents, arranging transportation, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and other issues settlement.

2. Prepare the declaration and related documents. Responsible for entry fees of payable and receivable. Handle invoicing matters.

3. Responsible for the collation and archiving of documents.

4. Handing disputes and complaints of customers, and other related work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. CET-4,be able to communicate in English.

2. Familiar with the sea / air operations, with related certifications of documentation, such as freight forwarding and transportation.

3. More than one year experience in field of shipping or import and export.

4. Honest and trustworthy, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of service and teamwork.

5. Compliance with company policies, subject to the lead in organizing, no labor disputes with the original company, no gross negligence and false work records;
